Late Spring: From Overwhelm to Balance
Did you realise we are already approaching Summer?
At least when it comes to traditional Chinese Medicine Summer is set to start on the 5th May.
This means we are in a strange, often overlooked "buffer" period—the transition from the push of Spring into the heat of Summer. So if you’ve been feeling foggy, heavy, or restless lately, even depressed without really understanding why; you’re likely in the Earth phase of integration and maybe still carrying aspects of the previous seasons, too.
This month on the blog, I am exploring how both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Yoga teach us the exact same truth about seasonal transitions. If the sudden shift into spring is leaving you feeling more exhausted than energised, you aren't alone. Discover why finding your center and rooting deeply is the true secret to sustainable spring growth.
When things feel a little muddled and confusing, I have a little checklist at the end of my post to guide towards understanding what could support you right now.
Launch: Horizon Circle
With the launch of Summer on the 5th May we also launch our first get-together at the Horizon Circle. As shared in my previous newsletter I am starting an online community to build a wellness practice together as well as a sense of community.
If this felt interesting to you, yet you hesitated. This is a gentle nudge to have another look. It’s worth a try.
If you are unsure you would like both Yoga and Qigong, this is a wonderful opportunity to try them without pressure or commitment, two classes for less than most individual ones.
You missed the Launch Offer?
As a special thank you to my subscribers I decided to extend a special offer. In case you missed the Launch Offer - Enter this discount code to get 30% off your Membership!!

The Horizon Circle
The first gathering is Tuesday, 5th May 18:30–19:30
I will guide through a fluid Qigong practice welcoming the Fire season of Summer with a special focus on the Phoenix.

Me practicing a Phoenix form during my drive moving here. Balcony of a hotel in Alicante.
You don’t need to love both, or attend every session — the structure is there so you can join in the way that works for you.
